When LLD rule (A) discovers hosts with template A which contains LLD rule (B) as well. Where LLD rule (B) in the template contains trigger with constant as LLD macro (with macro missing on LLD rule (A) which discovers hosts) - most of triggers on discovered hosts are missing (including regular triggers and trigger prototypes linked to LLD rules)
