Problem description: when cloning a service it is not possible to save the clone because the Add button becomes disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a service
2. Open the service in edit mode
3. Press Clone button
4. Attempt to save the clone

Result: not possible to save the clone because Clone button is disabled.
Expected: it should be possible to save the clones of services.
