Zoom is broken in geomap initial view

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. With default geomap settings
      2. Create new geomap widget
      3. Fill "Initial view" field with latitude and longitude.
      4. Add valid zoom level to this field. For example: 5.
      5. Save the widget configuration.

      Result:

      Invalid zoomparameter "Initial view": zoom level must be between "0" and "0".

      Expected: Widget successfully created.
