"Data" subfilter is missing in Monitoring => Graphs view

      Problem description: The "DATA" subfilter, that allows to display graphs with or without data to display, is missing in Graphs view.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a host with two Trapper items
      2. Create graphs for these items
      3. Send data to one of trappers
      4. Navigate to the list of graphs for the created host via Monitoring => Hosts
      5. Check subfilters

      Result: Only "Tags" and "Tag values" subfilters exist and the "Data" subfilter is missing.
      Expected: "Data" subfilter should exist.
