Help please in solving issue with orphaned problems. I dont want to clear them directly in the database because it's not very safe.

When I requested the Zabbix API's oldest problems, I got problems which can not be seen in the Zabbix Problem Console (request_oldest_problems(API).png) and request_oldest_problems(Console).png)

If attempt request in ZabbixAPI information about source ObjectID, then result be None too (request_source_obj.png)

If attempt close problem by ZabbixAPI, result 'Application Error.
Cannot close problem: trigger does not allow manual closing. (close_problem.png)
 
I can't influence the problem because it is orphaned and HouseKeeper can not clean him.

As a result, we see a constant increase in the number orphaned problems (orphaned_problems_count.png)

According to my observations, 90% of such problems are problems from remote hosts, but the problems remain in the database for more than two months
