API token expiration date field is always visible

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to User Settings -> API tokens
      2. Add new token
      3. Unchek "Set expiration date and time"

      Result:
      Field "Expires at" is visible
      Expected:
      "Expires at" field is not visible if "Set expiration date and time" is not set.
