Problem1:

1. Take a template, for example "Cisco CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB SNMP" on a zabbix instance
2. export it
3. importing in another zabbix instance
4. it will tell to create a new template (instead of updating), even though there is already one with the same name

Problem2:

1. Take a template, for example "Template Module Cisco CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB SNMP" on a zabbix instance 5.0
2. export it
3. importing in another zabbix instance version 6.0
4. it will tell to update the existing template "Cisco CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB SNMP", even though the names are different

Expected:
zabbix should only and only update the templates with the exact same name

zabbix should add a new template if the names differs
