Agent2 keys: regexp,regmatch fails with encoding UTF16LE.

      How to reproduce:
      Create wilf with UTF-16 Little endian and try to find match with keys "regmatch" or "regexp"
      Same time agentd does the job. In example below agentd on default port and agent2 on 10020:

      [root@appliance tmp]# zabbix_get -s localhost -p 10020 -k "vfs.file.regmatch[/tmp/enc.utf16le,error,UTF16LE]"
0
[root@appliance tmp]# zabbix_get -s localhost -k "vfs.file.regmatch[/tmp/enc.utf16le,error,UTF16LE]"
