Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Monitoring -> Maps
2. Select and edit a map
3. click on a Map element
4. Select Trigger for Type
5. Add a trigger

Result:
Severity sign is overlapping the trigger name.

Appears in both high-contrast schemes.

Expected:

The trigger name is located on the right of the sign and clearly visible.
