Tested on Zabbix 6.0.8 and 6.0.12.

When one of condition from specified action is removed then, action goes to "Disabled" but with no info in "Action log".{}

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create two host groups (hostgroups.png)
2. Create trigger action with conditions contained two created previously host groups (action enabled.png)
3. Delete one host group (hostgroup delete.png)
4. Action goes from "Enabled" to "Disabled" (action disabled.png)
5. Go to "Audit" log

Result:

No info from "System" user about disabling action (audit log.png)

Expected:
In audit log should be info about disabling action by "System" user
