Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to any dashboard with several dashboard pages (or create one).
2. Click Edit dashboard button.
3. Now click on dashboard pages (navigation tabs).

Result:

The focus is not transfered to the clicked tab (disturbing usability and accessibility).

(The Page 2 was clicked and selected, the Global view link was left focused).

Expected:

The clicked tab is focused when clicked.

Note that this works correctly in a view (non-editing) mode.
