Zabbix agent 6.4 not working on Windows Server 2003

      Customer reports that after upgrading Zabbix Agent from 6.0.11 to 6.4.2 Agent starts, and then crashes. Even with debug level 5 there is not much information in the log files.

      Technically this old OS should be supported, since in our documentation it is stated that Zabbix Agents should work on any Windows operating system, desktop or server, starting from Windows XP, which was released in 2001.
