Can't resize the trigger expression field horizontally

      After ZBX-22418 resizing forms is allowed only vertically.
      I can't resize the trigger expression field horizontally after this change.
      This was very handy in the case of a long func(Template name/long item name)…

      The SQL query field looks ugly because the field can't be resized.
      Probably can find more examples, but have to work with these most often.
