Scheduled Reports uses guest account to generate reports

      Zabbix 6.0.16

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Set up Zabbix with scheduled reporting (docker-compose, nginx)
      2. Generate scheduled report with any subscription option
      3. Click test (also does not work with the actual scheduled report)

      Result:

      1. Report gets generated with wrong permissions/failed login by guest account in report audit logs 

      Expected:
      Scheduled report is generated with the permissions of the Generate report by option.
