Links within map elements will open in the current tab, while inherited links will open in a new tab.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new map with URL for hosts;
2. Add two elements to this card - one host without a URL (it will inherit from the map) and one map with its own URL;
3. Open both URLs.

Result: Links within map elements will open in the current tab, while inherited links will open in a new tab.

Expected:  All links should be opened in the current tab (as it currently works in 6.0).
