Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an item history widget for a system log file
2. Make sure to select "Show timestamp" is enabled in advanced configuration
3. Select "Edit column" and then select "Display local time"
4. Click Apply and then Save
5. Changes do not apply and "500 Internal Server Error" errors appear in browser console
