Timeout settings for LLD items not applied

      $ k3s --version

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Apply Linux by Zabbix agent template
      2. Set all global timeouts to 12s (also ZBX_TIMEOUT that affects zabbix server conf file is set to 12s, but it appears to have no impact)
      3. on a server with a zabbix agent delay network traffic with sudo tc qdisc add dev enp0s8 root netem delay 5s && date
      4. when you see the data, everything is updated except for LLD items

      LLD items should not be impacted by a higher timeout
