delayed ubuntu 20.04 server with Zabbix Agent 2 (7.0.3)

Steps to reproduce:
- Apply Linux by Zabbix agent template
- Set all global timeouts to 12s (also ZBX_TIMEOUT that affects zabbix server conf file is set to 12s, but it appears to have no impact)
- on a server with a zabbix agent delay network traffic with sudo tc qdisc add dev enp0s8 root netem delay 5s && date
- when you see the data, everything is updated except for LLD items
