Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an autoregistration action with "Enable host" operation
2. Configure a host with zabbix-agent2 monitored by a proxy group (in my setup I use 2 proxy in same proxygroup) 
3. Host should automatically be registered on zabbix and enabled
4. Disable host

Result:
Host is disabled but turns enabled again after some seconds
Expected:
Host stays disabled
