Steps to reproduce:

1. Install zabbix-server-pgsql following official process.
2. Add single proxy server (active mode) via WebUI.
3. Check logs (zabbix_server.log) : First configuration send = normal. No other configuration sent while no changes are mades to the proxy. (Expected behavior)
4. Enable TimescaleDB and import schema from official process.
5. Check logs : configuration sending to proxy every 10 sec (default proxy update conf interval) while no changes are mades to the proxy. (Unexpected behavior)

This was reported and fixed in this issue : https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-9397

From v7.0.5, the fix work like a charm for MariaDB and PGSQL database engine, but not with PGSQL+TimescaleDB.

I can't find what i'm doing wrong so i guess it's a bug ?
