7.0.17: Discovery keeps changing host.interfaces[###].details.dns

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure discovery of hosts by ping
      2. Configure discovery action to add host when Discovery status equals Up
      3. Discovery action links template and adds host to group, so no adding of interfaces/hosts
      4. Run with no problem
      5. Upgrade to Zabbix 7.0.17

      Result:
      Audit log full of host.interfaces##.details.dns flapping between reverse DNS names of each IP address every time discovery runs.

      Expected:
      Existing host interfaces not changed for "Add to host groups" / "Link templates" discovery action operation. Or make deterministic choice between available reverse DNS records.
