Steps to reproduce:

1. Open host item edit form for item which has Parent item, f.e., Available memory in % which is inherited from Linux by Zabbix agent template
2. Modify anything except tags, f.e. description
3. Click on link to Parent items

Result:
Item edit form for parent item is opened without any warning.

Expected:
Warning "Any changes made in the current form will be lost." should be displayed

Caused by: ZBXNEXT-7410 . Reason: it only checks if tags were modified
