      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open any user role with disabled "Access to API"
      • Change enabled checkbox state => true

      Result: 'API methods' radio buttons and multiselect field stay readonly.
      e.g. from release 7.0:


      Expected: Radio buttons and multiselect field should be active without readonly attribute.
