Steps to reproduce:

1. Add item tag name/value using build-in macro. For example : Test/{HOST.HOST}
2. Create a Zabbix Connector with filtering tag/value using the previous macro. For example, Test / "equals" / "toto"

Item value + item tags :

Connector :

Item value is not sent to external system.

Expected:
Item value should be sent.

PS 1: As said in ZBX-21247, "User macros in tags are resolved at the time of the event" but this is not working for connectors.

PS 2: Item filtering in connectors cannot use Host item tags, is it expected ?
