After ZBX-2904 fix, not only unknown triggers but disabled item's triggers are also displayed in 'status of triggers'.

      After ZBX-2904 fix, not only unknown triggers but disabled item's triggers are also displayed in 'status of triggers'.
      I think disabled item's triggers should not be displayed.

      How about to change the logic of $options['active'] filter in class.ctrigger.php to detect the item status is enable or disable?
