not major, but still a regression.

upon server startup it printed node id in the log next to the nodewatcher entry ([Node watcher. Node ID:%d])

now this functionality seems to be gone :

7256:20110325:111830.158 server #17 started [node watcher]

it helped to find configuration issues faster and thus would be a welcome return
