Proposal patch: Fix problem of implicit cast with PostgreSQL 8.3

      This is problem occurs with PostgreSQL 8.3 or major. The 8.3 remove much types implicit cast, the recommendation PGDG (PostgreSQL Development Group) is to use explicit cast to sql expression SQL. This patch add explicit cast to sql expression with UNION in "nodewatcher.c".
