I noticed that a Zabbix Admin has rights to change systemwide settings like e.g. Actions. My assumption was that only a Zabbix Super Admin could change these. This creates a problem in situations where multiple management teams each have a Zabbix Admin accoun,t to be able to manage their own systems, and as such can mess up the systemwide settings.
