Virtuozzo's Virtual Private Server with Centos 6
Issue with SLA calculating/displaying was found while viewing the IT Services.
Look at sla_hn14_today.png Service "hn14 availiability".
It is displaying full downtime which isn't calculated to root service (see configuration of services sla_hn14_config.png and sla_root_config.png)
Root service is calculated when at least one of child Services has a problem.
Moreover, there are not any long events which could affect SLA calculation in such a way (sla_hn14_events.png).
We viewed SLA for hn14 in daily context (sla_hn14_daily_context.png) and found long downtime but we don't understand which trigger (events) it is based on.
Could you please explain the problem and suggest a way how to solve it?
