We have few IT services configures and all of them have dependencies.
As I understood parent status depends from child statuses. Parent configuration attached.
And such configuration works most of the time for us, but occasionally we get into situation when all children are with status OK but parent still shows status PROBLEM (sceenshot attached)
As our internal and external monitoring depends on this data, we get into problem when this "behavior" occurs
I don't now if this is a bug or could be explained somehow.
