Everything goes well until step 6, when the frontend offers us to download configuration file. We do it and place in the proper place, click "Retry".

Now, the frontend says "Your are logged in as guest. You have no permissions to access this page." (Note that there is a typo in the beginning of the first sentence that needs to be fixed.)

Click "Login" and log in as administrator. Observe that you are now on step 6 of the installation again.
