There is an error with the form for maintaining web scenarios.
The screen shows a proxy field and gives an indication of the required format.

The issue is that using IE10 if you do not specify a proxy it will cause an invalid value and as such the web scenarios will fail with a failed to resolve proxy message.

This can be worked around by not using IE10 or simply putting a space in the proxy field which seems to be stripped out successfully
