In 2.4 ZBXNEXT-1782 we've changed operators "#" to "<>", "&" to "and" and "|" to "or". When importing triggers and trigger prototypes from earlier versions, these operators in their expressions are converted automatically. But when importing some object, that references this kind of trigger, such as a trigger with a dependency, the reference is not converter and therefore cannot be resolved.

This problem can be reproduced with the XML file attached.

For trunk this problem should be fixed after ZBX-7654 is finished.
