Convert zabbix server/proxy process monitoring to LLD

      Zabbix Server/Proxy templates include many copy paste items for zabbix[process,...].

      This causes issues like ZBX-26623, creates unsupported items when administrator disables unnecessary features on servers/proxies and requires template updates when adding/removing processes.

      Convert internal process monitoring to LLD so Zabbix creates items only for enabled processes solves all three.
