I suggest improving usability of dashboard's last 20 issues host popup menu:

1) all menu links must be plain links, not calls to javascript: redirect('link'). this change makes menu human-friendly: for example, it becomes possible to open links in background, copy it etc
2) menu should contain link to host configuration (if logged user is not guest and has host write rights)
3) menu should have submenu with host's custom graphs. if host has too many graphs, it's not feasible to include them all in submenu. in this case add N first graphs and include link to charts.php?hostid=hostid&graphid=0
4) menu should never appear offscreen (ZBX-4493)

the same suggestions go to map's host popup menu, and whatever other places host popup menu appears (Monitoring/Triggers?)

I'm including patches against 1.8.10 fronend. I believe 2.0 has the same problems.
