Modify time periods in IT Services

      Debian 6.0 with Zabbix 1.8.2

      Request Time Periods in IT Services be modified to add the following functionality:

      1) Add a Quarterly Period. Many private Enterprise environments require Quarterly Budgeting processes. Providing a Quarterly Period will enhance an IT Department's ability to support this style process.

      2) Add a Fixed Period. Currently, IT Services are displayed in variable terms (eg. Last Week). By adding a Fixed Period, a Zabbix user can display the SLA results from an exact time period (eg. 29 May 2012 - 03 Jun 2012).

      These requests would enhance ZBX-968 "Added dropdown with time periods for IT services".
