There are only 8 options in IT Services: Today; This week; This month; This year; Last 24 hour; Last 7 days; Last 30 days; Last 365 days. I need, or would like to have more options, like a calendar, exactly the same that we can see in Reports / Availability report or in Monitoring / Graphs. This way, I can choose the length/period i want.
Other option is to add a field "Total" in Reports / Availability report, because there already has a way for me to specify the period of time I want, but does not calculate the total.
Both, I.T Services and Availability report provide the same information, but differently.
