Zabbix server does not received trapper data (from snmptrap, zabbix_sender) if the host is assigned proxies.

For some cases, user have to look up which proxy the host is assigned to. This work create a lot of unnecessary network overhead and delay. So it's good that trapper item receive trap data on both Zabbix server and proxy.
