Title or tooltip for long names in monitoring latest data page

      In "Monitoring" -> "Latest data" -> column "Name", some names are very long. Currently they are wrapped with CSS style and cannot be fully viewed by user. "title" attribute (or built-in tooltip) could be added on mouse over.
