Currently, the SNMP Low Level Discovey returns an {#SNMPINDEX} and an {#SNMPVALUE} macro.

You can run the LLD against any part of the OID tree (interface status, interface descriptions, interface names) which works for simple discoveries.

As LLD supports the input of multiple macros and also the filtering on multiple macros, I would like the SNMP LLD to be extended with a possibility to fetch macros from multiple points in the OID tree sharing the common index.

This way for instance we can do discoveries and filter based on interface name and interface admin state for example.

Off course, we could create an external script to handle this discovery but I think it would be more elegant to solve it within Zabbix.
