New item type: vfs.file.permissions

      Create an item type that returns the permissions of a file in numerical format.

      e.g. vfs.file.permissions['/tmp/test.txt'] => 0755

      In case the file doesn't exist or something else goes wrong reading the file permissions, return ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED.
