allow setting user agent for web.page.* items

      web.page.get, web.page.perf and web.page.regexp items currently do not set user agent string - that would be very useful to allow.
      easiest might be using libcurl for these items as requested in ZBXNEXT-1816 and a comment there suggests one potential syntax
