Multipath monitoring is hardly missing for us. It's a vital point for monitoring a vmware host. It would be possible to get the states from "config.multipathState" on a vmware host so a new vmware.hv.multipath key would be great.

As there could be a very high count of pathes it could be troublesome to get the state for each path as a single item. As a workaround for big environments summed up keys like vmware.hv.multipath.state({URL},{HOST.HOST},connected|dead|disabled|standby|unknown) would be possible.
