Extend item preprocessing with CSV parsing function(s)

      I think CSV is a quite common format and it would be great to be able to use it for custom monitoring solutions.

      I suggest to add a preprocessing option to extract a value from CSV given its row number, column number (or a column name provided CSV has a header) and delimiter.
