While it is possible, for example, in the "Problems" view, to filter for certain Tags to be set to a certain value or even to just be existing on the triggers, it is not possible to, for example, display only trigger events that do NOT have a certain tag set or which maybe DO have a tag set, but NOT a certain value. The same counts for all other locations where filtering on tags exist, like "Services", actions, dashboards and even event correlation.

One use case for which this would be extremely useful is separation of responsability for certain different triggers, like some services being managed by a different team than basic OS level triggers, etc. In such a case, it would be convenient to define tags for the non-basic triggers and filter on these not to exist in the problem view, dashboards and such, still having the possibility to see them in case somebody wants to.
