Intro

It is not always sufficient to have substring matching for host metadata and host name when doing autoregistration. In some cases users want to have matching based on regex.

Acceptance

1. A new operators "matches" and "does not match" must be added to auto-registration action for Host metadata and Host name with placeholder "regular expression"
