Zabibix repositories currently have jessie & stretch available. Debian buster should be out soon: it's in hard freeze atm, released is the next step.

When do you plan on releasing a repository for it, at least for the agent ?

Please keep this issue open until it's done, so anyone can follow and get notified whenever it's up and running.
