Support of 24 column grid for the dashboard

Summary

Currently Zabbix dashboard is limited to 12 column grid. It is not sufficient for wide screens and limits our creativity when it comes to design of smaller widgets.

Zabbix Acceptance

Zabbix dashboards must support 24 column grid:

1. Current limit of 12 columns must be extended to 24 columns
2. Minimum allowed horizontal size of existing widgets must be reviewed and changed if needed to 
3. A database patch must be created to double horizontal size of existing widgets

Business Use Cases
