I would like to filter out some tag value in Monitoring/Problems view, so I can see all other problems except ones marked with this tag value. Now this is impossible, because there are only 2 conditions for tag filer: "contains" and "equals".

I would like to see third condition, "does not contain". And may be fourth "does not equal". That should make possible to filter problems the way I need.
