"Show operational data" will be extended to radio button "None | Separately | With problem name"

1. None: no opdata is displayed anywhere
2. Separately: in a separate column as it is implemented now
3. Next to problem name: non-empty opdata will be added to problem name like "<problem name> (<opdata>)".
